About This Role
- Own and execute the yearly DevOps strategy for Salesforce in partnership with engineering leads, focusing on deployment frequency and pipeline stability.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including automated deployment workflows and pipelines as code.
- Manage Salesforce test environments, coordinate code and metadata migrations, and ensure adherence to change and release management processes, while monitoring environment health and troubleshooting issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years overall IT experience with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git branching strategies, Salesforce deployment tools (Metadata API, SFDX), and Python/Groovy scripting for automation.
- Experience managing infrastructure for DevOps within AWS environment and handling production releases with minimal downtime.
