About This Role
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for data feeds, dashboards, workflow applications, and AI-assisted tools.
- Manage reporting schedules including verification of data readiness, reconciliation of records and business outcomes, and support platform and reporting transitions.
- Perform monitoring and incident triage for scheduled data processes, maintain test cases and documentation, and provide user support for operational issues and service communications.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating UAT or regression testing for data, reporting, or workflow solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data reconciliation; ability to document acceptance criteria, test scenarios, defects, and resolve issues via runbooks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validating business scenarios, edge cases, and exception conditions with strong understanding of data-layer and report behavior issues.
- Skilled in communication with business users, technical teams, and managing service disruptions and operational handoffs.
- Familiarity with platform migrations, report/dashboard tools like Power BI or Tableau, and usage of AI-assisted tools for testing and operational support.
