About This Role
- Lead quality assurance efforts by developing and maintaining automated test scripts and solutions for complex financial services applications.
- Drive automation coverage increase for critical business features using Test API frameworks based on Java, Selenium, and Fitnesse.
- Collaborate with technologists, business analysts, architects and product teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality technology solutions in an agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 6+ years of IT experience, preferably in financial services domain.
- Expertise with Selenium, Cucumber, Fitness, Java, Python, Cypress for automation testing.
- Strong SQL and database skills; experience with Maven, Ant, Jenkins, version control, and continuous integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and optimizing automation frameworks and test strategies at the framework level.
- Comfortable leading automation development and influencing squad-level contributors in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of financial services applications, especially related to mutual funds and investment operations, is advantageous.
