About This Role
- Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
- Own solution architecture and delivery quality across Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and AI technologies to accelerate client digital transformation.
- Mentor and lead technical teams, act as primary technical contact for clients, and drive successful execution from architecture through implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX) development, including X++ customization.
- 5+ years consulting or professional services experience with enterprise clients.
- Experience leading technical teams/workstreams and working knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, and Dataverse for Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture and development in enterprise consulting environments.
- Strong at managing stakeholder communication across technical and business audiences, including senior client leadership.
- Comfortable working across emerging AI capabilities within Microsoft Business Applications and driving best practice adoption.
