About This Role
- Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend services powering AI agent execution and enterprise workflows involving financial and compliance domains.
- Own and scale backend infrastructure including APIs, workflow orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and integrations with ERPs, procurement, and payment systems.
- Develop systems ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, security, compliance, traceability, and observability for AI-driven decision workflows handling real money and risk.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 15 years of experience building production backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, Go, or similar backend programming languages.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues/event-driven architectures.
- Experience working with financial systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, or sensitive/regulated data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems with strong consistency, concurrency, and data integrity skills.
- Skilled in building backend systems orchestrating AI agents, complex workflows, and integration with multiple enterprise systems including ERPs and payment rails.
- Comfortable operating in high-responsibility environments where backend reliability and security have significant business impact.
