About This Role
- Build and manage a global network of law firm partnerships for IP enforcement, owning relationships end-to-end from scouting to onboarding and ongoing management.
- Negotiate partnership terms emphasizing outcome-based fee structures aligned with clients' recovery performance.
- Monitor and grow partner performance across quality, turnaround, and volume, reporting insights and managing partner lifecycle including renegotiation or winding down as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably involving law or professional services firms.
- Must be able to work flexible hours overlapping at least 3 hours with US EST daily due to international time zones.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements with senior professionals.
- Experience managing ongoing partner or client relationships post-deal to ensure engagement and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-border business with ability to quickly adapt to unfamiliar legal markets.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to explain fee structures and escalate appropriately.
- Exceptional written communication skills, highly organized managing multiple partnerships across different time zones simultaneously.
