About This Role
- Own development and improvement of forward-looking forecasting and capacity planning models connecting revenue, demand, staffing, hiring, and training.
- Lead complex analyses including scenario and sensitivity analysis, back testing, and model validation to assess risk and forecast performance.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to senior business partners and mentor other analysts to uphold modeling standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in forecasting, strategic modeling, workforce or capacity planning, financial modeling, or business analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python and/or R required; experience with data visualization tools for analysis and communication.
- Position is fully remote within India (excluding Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, Virgin Islands).
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant quantitative modeling and analytics roles.

- Senior-level individual contributor with proven ability to independently build scalable forecasting and planning models from the ground up using time-series and forward-looking techniques.
- Experienced in translating complex commercial and operational assumptions into integrated financial and capacity forecasts with measurable business impact.
- Comfortable partnering with cross-functional senior stakeholders and mentoring analysts, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses clearly.
