About This Role
- Own creative strategy and development of high-performing ad creatives and brand identities for multiple consumer products.

Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven track record in creating high-performing digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Google, and influencer marketing.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, scriptwriting skills, and understanding of performance marketing metrics and creative optimization.
- Experience leading or mentoring creative teams and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflow automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consumer internet, startups, D2C, Matrimony, Media, or Content platforms with a strategic focus on brand and performance marketing.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative campaigns with measurable business impact.
