About This Role
- Drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency in Amazon India's fulfillment centers by partnering with senior management based on insights from the fulfillment floor.
- Lead strategic HR functions including workforce capability enhancement, organizational design, change leadership, staffing, talent management, succession planning, and daily HR operations.
- Manage HR initiatives and company-wide projects such as automation, management training, succession planning, and policy implementation; coach and mentor junior HR staff.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of human resource generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Knowledge of local labor law.
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups and proficiency with MS Office and HR Information Systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling HR functions in large operational environments, preferably with 250-500+ associates.
- Skilled in strategic HR project management and organizational development within fulfillment or manufacturing contexts.
- Capable of coaching/mentoring junior HR staff and collaborating closely with senior management teams to drive HR solutions.
