About This Role
- Lead and oversee global payroll accounting activities ensuring accurate financial reporting, controls, and operational performance.
- Manage period-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and escalate issues impacting timelines or reporting.
- Drive process standardization, automation, continuous improvement and collaborate with global and external stakeholders to enhance payroll accounting operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, payroll accounting, or related finance operations.
- Strong knowledge and experience with payroll accounting processes; experience with ADP and SAP S/4HANA interfaces strongly preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years; Location: Hyderabad, India preferred; Travel: less than 5%.

- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment collaborating with multiple stakeholders including payroll providers and business outsourcing partners.
- Proven expertise in payroll accounting systems integration, month-end close, risk management, and process improvement within finance or pharmaceutical sector.
