About This Role
- Develop, implement, and scale HR policies and processes to support company growth beyond 50 employees in India.
- Ensure full compliance with Indian and Karnataka labor laws, statutory requirements, and maintain employee documentation.
- Manage entire employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, exits, and daily HR operations like payroll inputs, benefits, and attendance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years of HR experience in IT or software product companies.
- Experience working in a growing startup environment, scaling people and HR processes.
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and Karnataka-specific statutory compliance.
- Location requirement: Bangalore South, Karnataka, India.

- Experienced in building and evolving HR policies independently in startup settings.
- Comfortable managing employee relations, difficult conversations, and ensuring process adherence without constant supervision.
- Proactive in identifying process gaps and improving operational HR effectiveness.
