About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Sterling OMS programs including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support.
- Own scope, schedule, budget, and risk management across multiple workstreams involving OMS, eCommerce, ERP, WMS, payment, tax, and shipping.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore teams, conduct agile or stage-gate governance, oversee testing and go-live readiness, and report status and risks to executive sponsors.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of project/program management experience with at least 4 years leading IBM Sterling OMS or similar order management implementations.
- Working knowledge of Sterling OMS covering order orchestration, inventory, sourcing, scheduling, release, shipment, and fulfillment.
- Experience managing integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, payment, tax, fraud, and shipping systems using REST/SOAP middleware.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum, SAFe or hybrid delivery methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex multi-workstream programs with cross-functional stakeholder engagement including business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Proven ability to manage delivery in a multi-vendor, offshore/onshore context with strong risk, change, and communication management especially at executive levels.
- Highly familiar with order management and fulfillment domains in retail, e-commerce or distribution environments, including production support and release processes.
