About This Role
- Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives for India operations.
- Manage purchase-to-pay activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure achievement of purchasing savings and procurement KPIs.
- Lead and grow the local procurement team, optimize supplier portfolio and contracts, and report performance to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience with 5–8 years in people management roles.
- Experience managing procurement and supply chain functions, including negotiation and supplier management.
- On-site work location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8–12 years relevant experience explicitly stated.
