About This Role
- Serve as the regional single point of contact between Blue Dart and Shiprocket for operational coordination and issue resolution.
- Drive key performance metrics and ensure service delivery standards are met, including escalation management and shipment prioritization.
- Provide operational visibility through monitoring shipment performance, reporting, and supporting enterprise business growth and peak readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years experience in Logistics, Courier, Express Distribution, Customer Operations or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in customer-facing operational roles and escalation management preferred.
- Technical skills in shipment tracking, service monitoring, operations coordination, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing regional operations and coordinating between multiple stakeholder teams under a logistics or courier environment.
- Skilled in operational problem solving, escalation closure, and performance monitoring to meet service level agreements.
- Comfortable functioning as liaison between customer and operations teams to maintain service quality and timely communication.
