About This Role
- Lead and optimize operations for assigned client space, reducing leadership time spent on operational tasks and supporting strategic planning.
- Develop and manage processes, reports, and communication strategies related to budgets, win rates, pipeline, and impact measurement specific to the space.
- Plan and execute workshops, events, and develop scalable processes across teams while maintaining relationships with clients and compliance with their requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or strategy/operations roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple intersecting projects and working with senior and multiple stakeholders in consultation or strategy roles.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize operational workflows and lead process improvement in consulting or professional services environments.
- Comfortable developing strategic materials and presentations for senior leadership and contributing to budgeting and impact measurement processes.
