About This Role
- Responsible for detailed document comparison and policy verification with a focus on Property & Casualty insurance policies.
- Accountable for reviewing a wide range of policy volumes, from small batches to large sets exceeding 1,000 documents.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during high-demand periods while maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in insurance operations or related domain.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to work in shifts: either 6:30 am to 3:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Property & Casualty insurance policy review and verification with attention to detail.
- Able to handle large volumes of documents with accuracy and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
