About This Role
- Lead and scale a Provider Data Operations team of 20-30 members responsible for provider data quality, integrity, completeness, and compliance across the platform.
- Drive operational strategy including capacity planning, process automation, and AI integration to improve efficiency and reliability at scale.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and lead medium-sized projects to resolve issues and improve workflows aligned with business priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years experience in data/business operations, analytics or research with at least 2-3 years managing 10+ direct/indirect reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with Google AppScripts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management; familiarity with AI or advanced automation tools desirable but not mandatory.
