About This Role
- Lead and manage complex semiconductor product development programs from concept through volume production, ensuring technical, schedule, quality, and business objectives are met.
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables; establish governance and lead phase-gate reviews to drive execution excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and global stakeholders across engineering, operations, marketing, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve issues, manage risks, and communicate status to ensure successful program delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Program, Project, or Technical Program Management within the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or related technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing semiconductor product development programs end-to-end, especially Analog, Mixed-Signal, Power Management, Connectivity, ASIC, or SoC products.
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project) and experience managing geographically distributed teams across India, Asia Pacific, and US.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program manager with technical depth and business acumen in analog and mixed-signal semiconductor product development lifecycle.
- Skilled at driving cross-functional alignment and decision-making across global teams and executive stakeholders, balancing technical challenges and business priorities.
- Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing readiness, qualification processes, and customer-specific/custom silicon program management likely with certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum.
