About This Role
- Own and manage small to medium-sized technology or business change projects from initial definition to completion, including scoping, planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to maintain progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers with clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with adaptable delivery approaches, providing the Delivery Director with timely updates and confidence in project control.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience managing small to medium-sized technology or business change projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to report concisely to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage projects across distributed teams and adapt delivery methods pragmatically.
- Work Experience Required: Proven project management experience; formal certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus but not mandatory.
