About This Role
- Coordinate and develop site operations in Karlstad and Karlskoga focusing on capacity, growth, and long-term planning.
- Manage security, continuity, crisis preparedness, risk management, and investment coordination at both sites.
- Lead site forums and ensure communication, follow-up, and implementation of decisions aligning with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in business development, program/project management, change management, or similar coordinating roles.
- Experience with budget, forecasting and investment-related matters.
- Role requires security clearance and possibly citizenship requirements as per security classification regulations.
