About This Role
- Manage operational landside activities including pre-dispatch validations, dispatching, and post-dispatch workflows.
- Own and resolve clearing system exceptions such as Charge Control and Contract Change Transactions through validation and approval of documentation and charges.
- Monitor and resolve issues in SAP Transportation Management System queues; verify documents for vendor invoice payments; coordinate with local and regional teams to correct data; facilitate at least two daily stand-up meetings per week.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or Shipping Industry (External Hire).
- Proficiency in handling operational systems related to transport management (SAP TM implied).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Logistics / Shipping Industry.

- Experienced in operational logistics with ability to handle exception management and charge approvals independently.
- Comfortable coordinating cross-functionally and conducting regular team meetings to drive process adherence.
