About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design for high-impact, complex product initiatives driving measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Define and communicate long-term product and experience vision across multiple product areas, influencing strategy and priorities.

Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing digital products, platforms, or enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex product initiatives with measurable impact.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual communication.
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping platforms.

- Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in matrixed or global organizations.
