About This Role
- Lead definition and delivery of scalable AI solutions including GenAI architectures and best practices across multiple functions and geographies.
- Advise business stakeholders to identify and translate high-value use cases into compliant technical solutions embedding security, transparency, and fairness.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration to build GenAI capabilities and ensure global consistency and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or equivalent; B. Tech/BE or higher also noted.
- 12+ years of enterprise IT/solution architecture experience including 4+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years specifically in GenAI.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems.
- Proven ability to design solutions across multi-cloud environments (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock) and strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, EU AI Act.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technologist with multi-cloud solution architecture expertise combining frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python frameworks) development experience.
- Experienced leader capable of mentoring teams, driving strategic initiatives, and engaging with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- Strong domain expertise in responsible AI governance and emerging GenAI technologies with ability to operationalize cutting-edge AI innovations.
