About This Role
- Execute operational landside activities including pre-dispatch validations, dispatching, and post-dispatch workflows.
- Own and resolve clearing system exceptions in SAP Transportation Management System, including Charge Control and Dispute Approval, and validate required documentation for vendor invoice payments.
- Facilitate at least two Daily Stand-Up meetings per week and coordinate with local and regional teams to correct or obtain missing data.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics / Shipping Industry (external hire).
- Experience with SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TM) implied due to responsibility for monitoring and resolving exceptions in SAP TM.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in logistics/shipping industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills explicitly mentioned.
