About This Role
- Manage and oversee high-volume securities lending, mark to market, SBL, corporate actions, FI/Equity settlements, and collateral management processes.
- Ensure team meets SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs with documented evidence; handle trade discrepancies and counterparty issues effectively.
- Drive process improvements, risk management, coordinate globally across SSGM, and maintain operational resilience with 3-tier backup planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-14+ years experience in capital markets securities lending domain with multi-location team management (minimum 20 people).
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA or equivalent).
- In-depth domain knowledge of securities lending, mark to market, SBL, corporate actions, settlements, collateral management.
- Work shift: APAC Shift (03:00 AM/04:00 AM to 12:00 PM/01:00 PM IST), Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad.

- Experienced operations manager comfortable managing large teams and complex securities finance processes in a knowledge services environment.
- Strong cross-functional and global collaboration skills to manage stakeholder relationships and escalate issues appropriately.
- Demonstrated capability to implement risk management, process improvements, and operational resilience in a high-volume, fast-paced capital markets setting.
