About This Role
- Manage and resolve data discrepancies between clients (Sponsors, CROs, Investigators) and internal databases ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Analyze and perform data revisions from basic to complex levels while adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to support data reconciliation, query management, and maintain audit-ready documentation for quality and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical research is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Work Schedule involves rotational shifts based in Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in clinical data management or data reconciliation within clinical research or lab environments.
- Comfortable working in a global, team-oriented setting with multiple stakeholders including clients and internal teams.
- Skilled in maintaining compliance with GCP and departmental SOPs, and adept at documentation for audits and quality investigations.
