About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform services.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large datasets with strong programming in Python and SQL.
- Monitor, troubleshoot production data pipelines and implement data quality, security, and governance best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc).
- Proficient in Python programming and advanced SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization).
- Experience developing ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and distributed data processing on GCP.
- Familiarity with Apache Spark/PySpark and CI/CD practices including Git.
- Experience contributing to technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews in collaborative Agile teams.
