About This Role
- Build and maintain Golang backend services powering ML-driven financial risk steering and decision-making workflows.
- Design, develop, and operate end-to-end distributed cloud-native systems and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers throughout the product lifecycle, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of professional experience in backend engineering with production-proven Golang expertise.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Experience designing or operating distributed systems and microservices on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong familiarity with event-driven platforms and messaging brokers like Kafka, NSQ, or RabbitMQ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with building scalable, resilient, cloud-native backend systems supporting ML-powered products.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Risk, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrates product-oriented mindset and strong communication skills to explain technical trade-offs in business terms.
