About This Role
- Validate CBO expiry data to retain AMC customers and convert warranties.
- Negotiate and finalize AMC contracts, secure approvals, submit proposals, and manage payment collection.
- Coordinate contract activation with CBO, oversee invoicing and work order issuance, and follow up on payments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Diploma, BE, or B.Tech degree required.
- Location requirement: Secunderabad.
- Experience in handling AMC sales process including contract negotiation, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer retention and warranty conversion in AMC or related sales roles.
- Familiar with contract lifecycle management and payment collection processes.
- Capable of independently managing client proposals, tender submissions, and coordination with broad teams (CBO, associates).
