About This Role
- Administer and support HR compliance programs across the employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Legal, Internal Audit, HR, and senior business leaders to manage compliance investigations, regulatory reporting, audits, and risk mitigation.
- Prepare compliance reports, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support continuous improvement of compliance processes and governance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compliance, Shared Services, Employee Lifecycle Administration, or related field with compliance program support.
- Experience with employment law compliance, audits, regulatory reporting, investigations, and HR systems preferably Workday.
- Work Experience Required: 1–3 years in relevant HR compliance or operations roles.

- Experienced in managing multifaceted HR compliance programs involving multiple stakeholders including Legal and Internal Audit teams.
- Skilled at data analysis and reporting to identify risk, support audits, and drive compliance improvements.
- Comfortable presenting complex compliance issues and recommendations to leadership and collaborating cross-functionally across global teams.
