About This Role
- Own preparation and review of journal entries, financial statements, capital call and distribution calculations, and management fee calculations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, audit coordination, and client inquiry resolutions with escalation of complex issues to leadership.
- Lead assigned funds, workstreams, and projects while mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements to enhance quality and delivery timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years total work experience, including at least 4 years in private equity fund accounting or fund administration.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and private equity fund accounting principles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Investran or similar fund accounting system preferred.

- Experienced in private equity fund accounting with demonstrated capability to manage complex fund calculations and reporting independently.
- Proficient at process improvement and operational coordination within fund administration services in a fast-paced environment.
