About This Role
- Own variance analysis comparing key financial indicators with past trends, budgets, and annual operating plans.
- Prepare monthly MIS packs, management reports, dashboards and assist in annual budget and quarterly forecasting.
- Drive process automation and system improvements for financial reporting tools including SAC and support cross-functional teams on cost tracking and pricing support.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
- 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced Excel skills including INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Occasional presence required in Mumbai office; location is Gurgaon with hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced FP&A professional familiar with financial statements, analytical and management reporting.
- Skilled in financial systems like SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and AI tools such as Claude or Gemini.
- Detail-oriented and analytical with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive process improvements.
