About This Role
- Lead monthly financial close including financial statement preparation and balance sheet analysis for the manufacturing plant.
- Manage plant accounting functions such as budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and financial controls to optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee statutory, taxation, and legal audits ensuring compliance and provide strategic financial direction aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualification with maximum 3 attempts.
- 7-10 years of overall finance experience; at least 10 years post-CA experience in a manufacturing unit.
- Mandatory SAP experience.
- Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in finance within FMCG manufacturing environment, able to integrate financial planning with operational manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated capability in managing comprehensive budgeting, cost control, and capital investment analysis.
- Experienced in handling statutory audits and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing context.
