About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of Accounts & Finance functions including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Lead and mentor the accounting, finance, and MIS teams ensuring internal controls, compliance, and governance are maintained.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, audits, taxation, treasury operations, ERP financial system utilization, and provide strategic financial advisory to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience required; however, 12+ years preferred with finance background in advertising or digital marketing sector.
- Proven experience managing finance operations and teams, including handling audits and taxation compliance.
- Location requirement: Based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Work Experience Required: At least 8 years explicitly mentioned; 12+ years preferred in relevant sectors.

- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple finance sub-functions and liaising with C-level executives (CFO).
