About This Role
- Analyze business performance against plan and forecast, including monthly closing and MIS reporting for assigned business/functions.
- Collaborate with finance teams across divisions, hubs, countries, and functions to analyze financial performance drivers and overhead variances.
- Lead financial data validation, identify process/report standardization opportunities, maintain audit trails and SOPs, and support audits and ad-hoc financial reporting requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and/or Accounting; CMA, CA, or MBA Finance preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end closing, and MIS reporting.
- Experience with SAP FICO modules preferred.
- Fluent in English.

- Experienced in multi-location/division financial analysis and month-end closing activities, able to manage complex data reconciliation.
- Able to develop automated solutions to optimize productivity and standardize financial processes across units.
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with strong control and audit compliance requirements.
