Job description
Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Own end-to-end product capabilities for white label airline eCommerce and post-booking servicing products, from discovery through delivery including roadmaps and success metrics.
- Collaborate with global airline customers, sales and engineering teams to translate complex airline requirements into scalable digital experiences and reusable platform capabilities.
- Rapidly prototype and validate concepts using AI-assisted development tools and modern web technologies to de-risk engineering investments and accelerate decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in technical product management, software engineering, or related technical product roles.
- Proven ability to independently take ideas from concept to working digital products or prototypes with hands-on web application development experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern web architectures, REST APIs, authentication standards, and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to navigate customer discussions, product roadmaps, and technical problem solving in ambiguous environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams interfacing between enterprise clients and engineering to deliver scalable airline digital retail solutions.
- Hands-on builder with evidence of delivering commercial, startup, open-source, or internal technical products or prototypes independently.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript) and domain knowledge in airline eCommerce, NDC, payments, loyalty, or PSS systems is a strong plus.
