About This Role
- Support an Account Manager by managing customer outreach, lead follow-up, quotations, renewals, and digital engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and visits.
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and collaborate across sales, service, marketing, application support, and order operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, Ph.D., or comparable qualification in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Work Experience Required: Preferably fresh graduates or with up to 18 months relevant professional experience; prior experience with chromatography or mass spectrometry advantageous for some roles.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% and relocate if required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or other digital tool experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidates interested in combining scientific knowledge with customer engagement and sales.
- Comfortable operating under guidance while supporting parts of the sales process, working closely with account managers and technical colleagues.
- Prior exposure or strong interest in analytical instruments, laboratory technologies, or related scientific domains preferable.
