About This Role
- Lead business process analysis and discovery workshops to gather and refine client requirements.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using declarative tools.
- Serve as Lead Consultant coordinating functional implementation work, advising clients, and supporting presales activities including presentations and solution estimations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce certifications validating expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud with hands-on configuration skills using declarative tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Polish and English; residency in Poland required.

- Experienced in Salesforce implementation and transformation projects, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven consulting and client-facing communication skills, comfortable leading workshops and presentations.
- Able to lead and coordinate functional teams, mentoring less experienced consultants within multi-disciplinary project environments.
