About This Role
- Lead definition and documentation of detailed business and functional requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter 10 based claims processing and administration enhancements.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test plans, scripts, facilitation, and obtaining business signoff.
- Provide subject-matter expertise by collaborating with development, testing teams, and business users to ensure integration and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in property and casualty insurance claims using Guidewire.
- Expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter version 10 including implementation and support.
- Proficiency in business requirements documentation, process modeling tools (e.g., Visio), and knowledge of SDLC and PMLC in agile/iterative environments.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as Business Analyst with specified domain experience.
