About This Role
- Monitor and maintain uptime and operational status of ITRS components in client environments, ensuring Geneos monitoring systems meet SLAs.
- Respond to and resolve client queries, incidents, and configuration requests, including root cause analysis and hands-on technical fixes.
- Collaborate with onsite teams and manage project work for upgrades and enhancements to client Geneos environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in client-facing roles, preferably in financial institutions, vendor environments, or IT Operations.
- Proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems; working knowledge of databases (Oracle) and SQL; scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and deployment/automation tools (e.g., Chef, Ansible, Jenkins).
- Willingness to work onsite in Pune or Mumbai with flexibility for rotational shifts, including night shifts.
