About This Role
- Define and lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex Guidewire ClaimCenter enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing ensuring claims processing systems meet business needs and system specifications.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to optimize claims management processes and system integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in property and casualty insurance claims involving Guidewire.
- Proven expertise with Guidewire ClaimCenter v.10 and claims system implementation/support.
- Strong skills in creating detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process models using industry tools like Visio.
- Experience working in Agile, SDLC, and PMLC environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in property and casualty insurance domain, particularly claims processing using Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Skilled at bridging business and technical teams, driving consensus on complex requirements and delivering clear documentation.
- Capable of leading small teams, managing stakeholder communications, and handling UAT activities within iterative/Agile project frameworks.
