About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects with responsibility for configuration, integration, and compliance.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, prepare Business Blueprint Documents (BPDs), functional specifications, and coordinate testing and deployment activities.
- Support real estate business processes including lease administration, rental management, lease accounting (IFRS 16, Ind AS 116), user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and implementation with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, MM, SD, and PS integration.
- Knowledge and experience with lease accounting standards IFRS 16 and Ind AS 116 mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required.
- Minimum experience: At least 1 End-to-End Implementation and 1 Roll-out in pharma industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing full lifecycle SAP RE-FX projects, including client interaction and functional leadership roles.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its RE-FX capabilities plus ability to mentor junior consultants.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including finance, technical, and business stakeholders in a pharmaceutical industry context.
