About This Role
- Lead business operations, governance processes, and performance reporting, establishing and improving operational KPIs and action plans to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Support business strategy by translating priorities into measurable plans, conducting financial and market analysis, and tracking strategic initiatives with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Drive financial and operational analysis, leverage data management and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI), and implement AI/automation solutions to improve reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in business operations, professional services operations, delivery operations, PMO, quality, finance operations, business analysis, or related functions.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related business discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI; experience applying AI and automation tools to business analysis and reporting.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years; Location Requirement: Hybrid with average 2 days/week from HPE office.

- Experienced in senior-level business operations with strong financial acumen and operational governance experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Comfortable working with detailed operational and financial data as well as engaging with senior leadership to translate data into strategic insights and drive actions to closure.
- Skilled in applying AI and automation tools for process improvement and operational efficiency; adept at cross-functional partnership and performance improvement.
