About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for a specific post-trade area, balancing client demands, regulatory deadlines, technical dependencies, and commercial value.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, clarifying trade-offs and progress to internal leadership and clients, while deciding on product scope versus client-specific customizations.
- Manage requirements gathering, writing user stories and specifications for development and testing, plus oversee sprint delivery, quality acceptance, and stakeholder communication across engineering, sales, and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–15 years experience as business analyst, product owner, or functional consultant in post-trade or securities operations.
- Experience on vendor/product side or large implementations of packaged post-trade platforms with clear product vs client-specific work understanding.
- Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle from execution to settlement/accounting and controls.
- Technical fluency including reading data models, message specs, basic SQL, interface/APIs; knowledge of Swift MT500/MT300, ISO 20022 standards; experience with regulated client requirements (audit, change control, resilience).

- Operates at the intersection of product management and technical teams, capable of writing clear user stories and functional specs for agile engineers.
- Experienced in post-trade securities domain with strong regulatory environment understanding and vendor/product solution knowledge.
- Able to balance complex stakeholder needs including clients, engineering, sales, and compliance, presenting clear trade-offs and progress updates to senior leadership.
