About This Role
- Own and deliver daily to monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries translating trends and risks into actionable recommendations.
- Build and automate reporting and data transformation workflows using advanced Excel, SQL, Python, or equivalent tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead data operations including data quality validation, AI training dataset preparation and evaluation, and mentor analysts to ensure timely and accurate outputs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, MIS reporting, operations analytics, or AI/data operations with demonstrated ownership of deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), hands-on experience with SQL and Python or equivalent scripting for automation.
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience involving coaching, workload allocation, and delivery oversight.
- Practical understanding of AI, LLMs, and machine learning with experience in model training, fine-tuning, or evaluation using operational data.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end business and AI data operations with a blend of strong analytical and technical skills.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and operations teams to align data definitions and communicate insights to leadership.
- Proficient in prioritizing workloads and mentoring team members to maintain high data quality and timely delivery in a complex operational environment.
