About This Role
- Design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile/web applications using Flutter.
- Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers, oversee code quality, and establish coding standards.
- Manage integration with APIs, performance optimization, security implementation, and app deployment including CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in Flutter development or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, mobile Android/iOS development, and cross-platform app creation.
- Experience with mobile databases (SQLite, Realm, Firebase), security best practices, and CI/CD in mobile app environments.
- Location requirement: Must be based in Mumbai; 5 days office work with alternate Saturday working.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced developer capable of defining architecture and technical roadmaps for Flutter applications.
- Skilled technical leader with ability to guide teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with design, product, and backend teams.
