About This Role
- Lead operational governance and performance reporting to support leadership decisions and business rhythm.
- Drive capacity and capability planning by aligning delivery demand with workforce skills, identifying gaps, and recommending workforce actions.
- Leverage AI and automation tools for business analysis, reporting, and process improvement to enhance productivity and decision support.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in business operations, business analysis, workforce or capacity planning.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, Finance, HR, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and preferred experience with Power BI and AI/automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate.
- Hybrid work model with average 2 days/week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business strategy into operational plans and metrics with strong analytical and governance capabilities.
- Hands-on understanding of capacity and capability planning integrated with training coordination and workforce readiness.
- Proficient in practical AI-driven automation and data visualization to support scalable business operations; technical domain knowledge is advantageous but not required.
