About This Role
- Define project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding related to business systems and industry requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, document, and validate business and technical requirements for process changes and systems.
- Ensure testing requirements are met and document business requirements, supporting most development phases with possible guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree required or equivalent experience (2-4 years with degree; or 6-10 years combined education and work experience).
- Experience Required: 2-4 years (with degree) or equivalent as noted above.
- Competency in understanding business processes, technology, and systems with ability to recommend solutions.
- Work independent with limited supervision on assigned tasks; reports normally to Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with SAP/ERP, Functional, Global Business Office, Tools, Disaster Recovery, Metrics Communication, or Methodology specializations.
- Capable of working independently on projects with limited complexity and leading smaller projects/research.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
