About This Role
- Own Storage Automation Engineering including provisioning, lifecycle management, and performance monitoring for SAN & NAS storage systems across multiple vendor platforms (Dell EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, IBM).
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Ansible, Shell scripting, Terraform, and REST API integration to optimize infrastructure-as-code and operational automation.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes in storage environment adhering to ITIL practices and integrate with tools like ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions (Splunk, Grafana).
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Storage Automation Engineering and Administration.
- Mandatory skills include Azure Infra Services, Dell EMC PowerScale Storage Administration, Dell PPDM, VMware VxRail HCI Administration, and Windows Server administration.
- Proficiency in Python, Ansible, Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn Shell), Linux/Unix administration, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years; Location: Pune or Hyderabad.

- Experienced in managing large-scale SAN & NAS storage environments with demonstrated expertise in automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong background in multi-vendor storage solutions with hands-on skills on Dell EMC PowerMax, PowerStore, Isilon, NetApp ONTAP, and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Capable of driving ITIL-compliant incident, problem, and change management processes integrated with automation and monitoring tools in a hybrid cloud environment.
