About This Role
- Lead and own end-to-end enterprise incident response program, acting as incident commander for high-severity events across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS environments.
- Manage vulnerability management program lifecycle including scanning, risk prioritization, remediation SLAs, and reporting to security leadership.
- Build and lead threat intelligence function; design and integrate security detection, response, and remediation architectures across multi-cloud environments; lead team development and vendor management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in information security including 5+ years incident response and vulnerability management, 3+ years in security solutions architecture, 2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Experience serving as incident commander for significant security events and managing enterprise vulnerability management with risk-based prioritization and SLA governance.
- Hybrid Bangalore location (3 days remote / 2 days onsite); 30-day notice period preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact, complex incident response and vulnerability remediation across multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Experience integrating and architecting security operations platforms (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR) at enterprise scale aligned with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, PCI, SOC 2.
- Proven leadership in managing and coaching technical security teams, driving measurable operational improvements in detection, response times, and risk reduction metrics.
